Job summary

Holman Enterprises is hiring a Porsche Mainline Technician at Porsche San Diego. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, maintain tools, and road-test to ensure quality results.

Extensive Porsche certification pathways and ongoing training are provided, with a supportive team structure and mentorship to grow your expertise. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus (based on qualifications) and relocation assistance when applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of Porsche technician experience required.
• Technical Auto training or Porsche certifications; ASEs are a plus.
• Valid Driver's License; a clean MVR or minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.
