Job summary

Porsche Bethesda is seeking experienced service technicians to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. You will supervise apprentices and ensure quality work while maintaining safety and shop standards.

We offer a tenure bonus program starting at 6 months, with additional bonus pay up to $3.50 per hour. Ideal candidates have heavy line and diagnostic experience and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or manufacturing training, Honda Brand experience.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Manual dexterity.
• Good Judgment.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must perform duties safely and pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid license).

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and take to stall area.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts department for needed parts.
• Save and tag parts if under warranty or requested by customer.
• Examine vehicle for additional safety or service work.
• Notify advisor if extra work isn’t needed or cannot be completed on time.
• Document work performed and test drive when required.
• Supervise any apprentice technicians and attend factory training.
