Job summary

Hendrick Porsche Southpoint in Durham, NC is seeking an energetic automotive sales associate to drive vehicle sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will greet customers, identify their needs, explain features, and guide them through the showroom experience.

Responsibilities include quoting pricing, completing paperwork, arranging delivery and registration, and maintaining CSI above company standards. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• High School Diploma or GED is acceptable.
• Automotive knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles.
• Suggests optional equipment for customers to consider.
• Prepare sales paperwork including contracts.
• Arrange delivery and vehicle registration.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
