Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Exercise & Wellness, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
• Committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• CLIENT WELLNESS STRATEGY: Assist in creating and executing population health strategies for MJ clientele; Collaborate on new ideas and improvements; Develop wellness-focused communications and templates.
• EVENT & PROGRAM SUPPORT: Help coordinate wellness events (health fairs, biometric screenings, flu clinics, lunch & learns); Research population health vendors; Review vendor capabilities and assist in proposals.
• INTERNAL POPULATION HEALTH INITIATIVES: Contribute to development of internal wellness templates and resources; Support internal process improvements to enhance client deliverables.

Role Overview:

This internship provides the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in population health and wellness within a consulting environment. You’ll support the development of strategic population health plans, client communications, and internal resources—while learning how population Health initiatives, data, and vendor relationships contribute to risk mitigation and cost containment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

CLIENT WELLNESS STRATEGY
