Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to shepherd population health within its Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will lead clinical teams in client facilities and collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver high-quality, accountable, team-based care across sites.

You may also assume a designated Medical Directorship capacity, offering clinical leadership and oversight within one or more facilities, as part of a mission-driven approach to improving residents'

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s).
• DEA registration as required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical post-acute/long-term care or value-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide population health leadership and clinical oversight in assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians to ensure high-quality, team-based care.
• Lead in client facilities and potential Medical Directorship roles as needed.
