• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a Project Management related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary oversight for accounting and finance activities for Regional Population Health and CINs, including month-end entries and financial statements.
• Prepare annual operating budgets for Regional Population Health and CINs.
• Monitor risk reserves and advise on financial performance of CIN contracts.
• Develop analytics to measure financial performance in value-based contracts and report cadence.
• Track value-based incentives across programs and contracts.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop CIN incentive distribution models.
