What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to drive performance at ambulatory care delivery sites
- Design and maintain dashboards to track performance trends and variances for internal and external metrics
- Collaborate with clinical support staff and management to identify data integrity issues and operational inefficiencies
- Produce actionable reports and provide recommendations to senior management using data analysis
- Integrate data from various sources to achieve targets for key financial indicators in value-based programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health IT, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare organization performing data analysis
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and quality payment program requirements, including HEDIS/eCQMs
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with electronic health records, with EPIC and NextGen preferred
