Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience in data analytics or healthcare analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or comparable platform; knowledge of eCQMs and population health reporting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Clarify reporting needs with leadership, set timelines, and support quality, value-based care, and grant reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve patient panels, dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reports using Power BI and approved tools.
• Extract, transform, reconcile, and validate clinical and operational data; document findings and coordinate corrections.
• Support eCQM reporting and monitor data quality in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Community Health Team reports for referrals, encounters, interventions, workload, and outcomes.
• Automate recurring reports, maintain documentation, and ensure sustainability of reporting processes.
• Explain trends and data limitations to enable operational improvement.
• Align reporting with EHR data and governance; escalate configuration needs to Director.
• Collaborate with practice managers, providers, and quality staff to make tools practical.
• Provide dashboard training and end-user education; support data access and usage.
• Maintain data definitions and validation records per governance standards.
• Participate in cross-training and knowledge transfer with external partners.
• Protect PHI and comply with privacy/security requirements.
