Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and internal/external stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives; receive guidance and mentoring.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or proposals for action as requested by management.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the unit objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
