Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Population Health Informaticist to support AI training efforts. This hourly contract role is fully remote, offering 10–40 hours per week and the chance to work with leading AI research teams on health intelligence systems.

You will evaluate and annotate AI-generated content related to population health, assess accuracy and quality of health data interpretations, and provide expert feedback on dashboards and data pipelines used in AI outputs.

Qualifications

• Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
• Strong analytical thinker with a solid grasp of health metrics and epidemiological methods.
• Skilled at identifying trends, disparities, and data quality issues in complex health datasets.
• Comfortable evaluating data visualizations, dashboards, and health reporting frameworks.
• Able to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely in written form.
• Self-directed and reliable — you manage your own time and deliver quality work independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and annotate AI-generated content related to population health, epidemiology, and public health data analysis.
• Assess the accuracy, relevance, and quality of health data interpretations produced by AI systems.
• Identify gaps, errors, and disparities in AI-generated insights across community health topics.
• Provide expert feedback on dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks within AI-generated outputs.
• Translate your domain expertise into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI performance in health contexts.
• Review and validate AI reasoning around health trends, surveillance data, and intervention strategies.
