Position Overview

TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, clean, and organized manner focused on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, promote a positive atmosphere, and ensure fast, accurate service. Collect payments and give correct change, deliver orders, and thank customers. Maintain cleanliness in the dining and surrounding areas, including the parking lot and restrooms. Ensure the Drive-Thru menu is clean and accurate.
2. Cash Handling: Manage cash register operations responsibly, including cash drops and balance at shift end. Report any issues promptly.
3. Food Preparation: Follow food safety and preparation standards, assist in cooking and packaging food items.
4. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain sanitation standards in all customer and employee areas.
