Job Description

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your role involves serving guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; preparing and cooking food; and packaging orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner focused on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed with positivity. Greet customers enthusiastically with a smile. Strive for efficiency to meet speed and accuracy standards. Fill orders within service time, handle payments accurately, and deliver orders politely. Manage cash drawer responsibly, perform cash drops, and maintain security. Address customer complaints promptly and notify management of issues. Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu, dining lobby, service areas, and restrooms.
2. Training: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
3. Related Titles: Team Member, Food Service Associate, Restaurant Associate, Cashier, Food Handler, Order Taker, Kitchen Staff, Guest Service Representative, among others.

Compensation: $10 - $12 per hour.
