Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will greet and serve guests, prepare and package food, operate a Point of Sale (POS) system, and maintain sanitation and safety standards in the work area. You will also complete daily paperwork and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to meet quality standards.
4. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Ensure food quality and proper quantities.

Requirements

1. Minimum age of 16.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical ability to move up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math and communication skills.
