Position Summary

A Crew Member greets and serves guests, prepares and packages food, operates a Point of Sale (POS) system, maintains sanitation and safety standards in the work area, and completes daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrate a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Account for food quality and quantity.

Requirements

1. Minimum age is 16.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical dexterity to move up to 50lbs.
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math skills and written/verbal communication skills.
6. Enthusiasm and team spirit.
