Position Summary:

A Crew Member greets and serves guests, prepares and packages food, operates a Point of Sale (POS) system, maintains sanitation and safety standards in the work area, completes daily paperwork.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction.
4. Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrates a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Accounts for food quality and quantity.

Requirements:

1. Minimum age is 16
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50lbs. from one area to another)
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system
5. Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
6. Enthusiasm and team player
7. Commitment to excellent customer service
