Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your role is to serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; to prepare and cook food; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the specifications in the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and organized manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed with positivity. Greet customers with a smile. Strive for speed and accuracy, fill orders within service times, and handle payments accurately, including giving change.
• Deliver orders politely, thank customers, and invite them to return.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, perform cash drops, and ensure accuracy at shift end.
• Practice security in cash handling.
• Report any issues or customer complaints promptly to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu, dining area, service area, and restrooms.

No prior restaurant experience required; training provided.
