Job Description

Role: Crew Member at TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, hiring immediately in Alabama. Responsibilities include serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must follow the Operating Standards Manual and be performed in a timely, clean, and organized manner to meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, promote positivity, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Strive for efficiency in service, accurately fill orders within service time, handle payments and give correct change, deliver orders politely, and thank customers. Maintain cash drawer accuracy, practice security in cash handling, and report issues promptly. Address customer complaints swiftly and escalate as needed.
2. Sanitation & Cleanliness: Keep the parking lot, surrounding areas, dining lobby, service area, and restrooms clean and inviting. Ensure exterior trash receptacles are emptied and clean. Maintain drive-thru menu board cleanliness and accuracy.

Note: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
