Job Description

Objective: As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. Adherence to operating standards and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness are essential to meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, promote a positive atmosphere, and ensure quick, accurate service. Collect payments, give change, deliver orders, and thank customers. Maintain a clean and inviting environment, including the dining area, restrooms, and exterior areas.
2. Cash Handling: Manage cash register accurately, perform cash drops, and report any discrepancies to management.
