Job Description

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your role involves serving guests courteously, efficiently preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and organized manner focused on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed with a positive attitude. Greet customers enthusiastically, strive for speed and accuracy, and complete orders within service time standards. Handle payments accurately, give correct change, and thank customers, inviting them to return.
2. Manage cash drawer responsibly, perform cash drops, and maintain security. Report any issues immediately to management.
3. Address customer complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
4. Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot, exterior trash receptacles, drive-thru menu board, dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
5. Ensure the drive-thru menu is clean and up-to-date.
6. Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.
