Job summary

NorthAmerican Concessions is seeking a Cook for Garrett Popcorn Shops in Chicago. You will turn ingredients into our handcrafted recipes and support a high-volume kitchen. The role requires maintaining stock, following recipes exactly, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe.

You should be at least 18, able to multitask, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior food prep experience is preferred but not required; CDA/TSA badge readiness is noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Follow all rules, policies, and the Employee Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce Garrett Popcorn recipes following standard procedures.
• Maintain ingredient and recipe stock levels to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain high standards of recipe quality, freshness and presentation.
• Log production, inventory, and quality checks accurately.
• Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness throughout shifts.
