Job summary

Al’s Delicious Popcorn is hiring a Retail Associate to help customers, fill orders, and keep the shop running smoothly in Cincinnati. You’ll greet customers, offer samples, ring up sales, and assist with packing online and wholesale orders.

The role is part-time, fast-paced, and teamwork‑oriented. You’ll need a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stay organized on your feet while lifting up to 25 pounds.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Filling, labeling, and heat sealing popcorn bags
• Packaging online and wholesale orders
• Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Helping make sure every order looks great before it leaves
• Working with a team that moves quickly and helps each other out
• Greeting customers and helping them sample flavors
• Recommending popcorn favorites and seasonal flavors
• Running the register and helping customers check out
