Retail for the People in Los Angeles invites an energetic Store Manager to lead a 2-week October pop-up in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment. You'll own the floor, the team, and the numbers, driving performance, coordinating staff, inventory, and visuals, and delivering a memorable brand moment for this Australian menswear label expanding into the USA.

Experience in menswear or streetwear, a pulse on trends, and a proven ability to hype a team on a tight schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail leadership role (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Keyholder) is required.
• Menswear or streetwear retail background strongly preferred.
• Available for the full 2-week run in October, including evenings and weekends.
• Based in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-onboarded team, getting everyone brand-ready and floor-ready in a compressed timeline.
• Set the energy and tone for the entire run, the team must feel the hype.
• Build and manage the staff schedule to keep the floor fully covered across all operating hours.
• Own daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, deliveries, and replenishment.
• Handle VIP/press moments with polish and drive aggressive sales performance.
