Little Words Project is opening a Disney California Adventure pop-up in Anaheim, seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join the team. You will help guests discover bracelets that speak to them and create memorable shopping experiences—one bracelet at a time.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred, but a great attitude and fast learning can win you the role.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of connecting with guests and teamwork are essential.
• Natural sales mindset—enjoy making recommendations and helping guests find meaningful pieces.
• Positive, flexible, can-do attitude with problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed.
• Disney park experience is a plus, but not required.
• Most importantly, you believe in Little Words Project’s mission and spreading kindness daily.

Responsabilités

• Connect with guests, share the Little Words Project mission, and make personalized recommendations.
• Deliver an excellent checkout experience by processing POS transactions accurately and answering guest questions.
• Contribute to store sales goals and KPIs through thoughtful recommendations and guest engagement.
• Keep the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and visually inviting throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, visual merchandising, and clienteling.
• Help capture fun in-store moments and support an engaging brand experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team and jump in wherever needed during busy periods.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Store Leader or other store leadership.
