Pomona College in Midtown Manhattan, NY is hiring for a Pop-Up Event Sales Team Leader. This full-time, on-site role involves working Monday–Friday at various pop-up events, live activations, and community campaigns across NYC.

Starting pay is 650–1,200 per week with uncapped bonuses, and paid training is provided. No previous sales experience is required; outgoing individuals with hospitality or customer service backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Pop-Up Event Sales Team Leader

Midtown Manhattan, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | W2 | Entry-Level & Early Career || 650–1,200/week starting pay + uncapped weekly bonuses

Weather is looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our team and represent well-known brands and nonprofit partners at pop-up events, live activations, and community campaigns across NYC.

You won’t be in the same place every day. One day might mean working a busy pop-up, the next a community event or live brand activation. You’ll be around people, part of the action, and expected to make an impact wherever the team is.

Some people like knowing exactly what their day will look like. This role is for people who’d rather find out when they get there. You’ll move between pop-ups, events, and live campaigns, meeting new people and learning how to make each interaction count.

If you have experience in hospitality, customer service, events, or sales—or you're simply great with people—you may be a great fit. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training.

What You'll Do

You’ll be on-site, meeting new people and representing our clients through genuine face-to-face conversations.

This is an active role—not a desk job or cold-calling position. You’ll work at different pop-ups, events, and experiential campaigns, so no two days look exactly the same.
