As a poolside/server associate, you will deliver guest-focused service, greet guests, take and fulfill beverage orders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety while working outdoors in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be in good physical condition to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods.
• Must work outdoors in varying weather and handle hot plates and equipment.
• Desire to provide excellent guest service with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with teammates and guests.
• High attention to detail and a neat, professional appearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Adherence to safety policies and PPE when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and demonstrate proper service etiquette throughout guests' dining experiences.
• Greet guests promptly and serve beverages and items from the menu.
• Operate Micros system for orders, payments, and reports.
• Know all menu items, ingredients, preparation, and condiments.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of poolside areas and dining furniture.
• Prepare drinks according to standard recipes and manage supplies.
• Follow liquor laws and company policies; monitor service flow and hours.
