Innovative Dining Group is hiring Pool Servers at Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, part of Curio Collection by Hilton. Join a newly imagined lifestyle hotel in the heart of Napa Valley, delivering elevated service and a memorable guest experience.

As a Pool Server you will attend to guests before, during, and after meals, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order handling. The role requires 2 years of high-end serving experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous server experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel; Open Table and Restaurant POS Systems
• Possess a strong familiarity with food service regulations and proper food handling procedures; ability to multi-task under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both with guests and teammates
• A positive, upbeat attitude with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends; team players who can adapt to restaurant flow
• A valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate (must have upon hire)
• Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage a physically demanding role
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Have an extensive knowledge of our restaurant’s food offerings and beverage program
• Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Ensure all orders are filled accurately and deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely manner
• Provide attentive service to diners, check their needs throughout their dining experience and address any customer service issue
• Prepare final bill, present the check to guest, accept payment, process credit card and make changes
• Maintain a clean and safe pool deck
• Perform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift
• Assist bussers with clearing and resetting tables and maintain cleanliness in all service areas
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth operation as directed by the Restaurant Manager
• Create a welcoming environment for guests by greeting them, thanking them, and saying good-bye
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Embody and deliver on exceptional service and hospitality
