Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Pool Server to provide attentive and efficient poolside service. The role requires high standards of hospitality, knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 2+ years of server experience. CPR/First Aid and food handlers certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of every guest as it pertains to food service.
• Knowledge of the sequence of service: explanation of daily specials, wine order, food order, mise-en-place for table, serve appetizer, entree, dessert and check.
• Serves guests food and beverages poolside.
• Upsell to increase check averages.
• Adheres to cash drop procedures and closing out daily procedures.
• Remain on the floor at all times and engage with guests.
• Follow hotel and sanitation guidelines.
