The Pool Assistant Server at Highgate Hotels in Miami Beach delivers attentive, courteous service to guests, taking and delivering orders, handling payments, and maintaining clean work areas. You will be expected to upsell items and ensure guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible with long hours.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guests with attentive, courteous service.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and handle payments.
• Maintain clean, stocked work areas and service stations.
• Upsell food, beverage, and promotions to guests.
• Operate the POS system and close checks at shift end.
• Support opening/closing duties and station rotation.
