Job summary

Sítio El Tropicano is seeking a Server Assistant for Bar Nado to support poolside service, maintain clean and welcoming guest areas, and assist with QR-based ordering. You will work with bartenders and runners to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction in a vibrant pool deck setting.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, clearing and resetting areas, and upholding safety and sanitation standards while adapting to a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset with guest-first approach.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-energy poolside environment.
• Willingness to learn Bar Nado’s service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests across Bar Nado’s lounge, pool deck, and bar areas.
• Assist guests with QR ordering and direct questions to bartenders/managers as needed.
• Clear and reset service areas, transport used items, and restock supplies.
• Coordinate with runners and bartenders to maintain clear pickup and beverage areas.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards, report spills and hazards promptly.
