Job summary

Bar Nado at Sítio El Tropicano in San Antonio seeks a bartender to deliver cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages to guests at the pool deck and bar. You will work with runners and the kitchen team to ensure accurate, timely service.

Reporting to the F&B Manager — Bar Nado, you will maintain bar standards, support opening/closing duties, handle POS orders, and uphold safety and sanitation while delivering warm, guest-focused hospitality in an outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service setting.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and soft beverages.
• Ability to deliver friendly, guest-focused service in outdoor pool environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the bar promptly and provide attentive service.
• Prepare beverages according to approved recipes and standards.
• Enter orders into the POS and coordinate with runners for timely delivery.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and monitor beverage quality throughout service.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service policies; support opening/closing duties.
