Job summary

Las Vegas-based MGM Resorts is hiring a Lifeguard at Vdara to create a safe, relaxing poolside experience for guests. You will monitor water areas, respond to emergencies, and help ensure exceptional hospitality with a welcoming approach.

The position emphasizes guest safety, attentiveness, and the ability to provide WOW moments during each stay at one of the Strip's premier resort destinations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Must be able to swim to obtain the Lifeguard certification.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergencies.
• Report all guest and employee incidents/accidents to a supervisor and complete needed documentation.
• Direct guests to key locations including emergency exits and procedures.
• Interact with guests to assist poolside needs and provide information on hours, ADA requirements, and amenities.
