Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly Greeter to provide warm welcomes and guide guests to seating, while ensuring smooth dining room flow.

You will greet pool guests, manage reservations, and stay informed on menu items and service procedures. This role emphasizes appearance, hospitality, and attentive guest service in a team environment.

Training is provided; punctuality and reliability are essential to help maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes each guest with a smile and escorts guests to their assigned table.
• Greet and record each member entering the pool.
• Seat guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following check procedures.
• Assigns opening/closing side duties and supervises side work.
• Maintains reservation book and takes reservations and special requests by guests.
• Remains knowledgeable of all menu items, prices and general service procedures.
• Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas.
• Remains visible on dining room floor and is accessible to guests, staff and management.
• Checks all tables daily for proper settings.
• Assists with side work and bussing tables and taking cocktail orders.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
