Job summary

Waldorf Astoria Maui is seeking a Pool Attendant to join the Recreation team. You’ll contribute to a vibrant pool area, greet guests with warmth, and help maintain facilities across a Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property.

As part of Hilton's renowned hospitality, you will support guest experiences, manage poolside operations, and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure safety and memorable stays for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude to ensure a memorable pool experience.
• Coordinate pool setup including towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recreational gear.
• Maintain a clean, inviting pool area and surrounding spaces.
• Manage towel inventory and restock cleanliness.
• Inspect and care for poolside equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Monitor pool activity, identify hazards, and address issues promptly.
• Assist with general recreation duties as needed.
