Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician at the Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea. Join our Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property to maintain pristine pools and spas and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Shifts run 8 hours between 4AM and 9PM, with weekend and holiday work required. You’ll contribute to an exceptional guest experience and uphold Hilton's hospitality standards across a world-class resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool and spa cleanliness: Perform daily inspections and maintenance to ensure pools and spas are clear and water balance is properly maintained
• Keep equipment running smoothly: Inspect and verify that all pool equipment components are functioning correctly
• Manage inventory and supplies: Track pool maintenance supplies, prepare purchase requisitions, and coordinate with department managers for purchase approvals
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
