Job summary

Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Pool Snack Bar Supervisor to greet members and guests with warmth while ensuring smooth daily operations at the pool snack bar. You will supervise attendants, manage staffing, inventory, and payroll support, and partner with the Manager in Development to deliver superb guest experiences.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, prior club experience preferred, and a strong service mindset with

Responsibilities

• Supervises Pool Snack Bar Attendants to ensure member satisfaction and a sense of urgency at all times
• Supervises daily operation and staff of the Pool Bar.
• Hires, onboards and trains all new employees and provides positive feedback and opportunity
• Establishes work schedules for employees within the framework of the operating hours to obtain the most efficient operation.
• Prepares requisitions for food, supplies and equipment from storeroom and manages inventory process
• Works closely with Manager in Development
• Participates in Leadership meetings (based on schedule)
• Assists with Payroll
