Job summary

Capital City Club in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a Pool Attendant for our outdoor pool this summer. This seasonal role offers full-time availability May–August with a non-tipping environment and guaranteed wages.

You will greet members, manage reservations, maintain poolside areas, and support safety and cleanliness while delivering friendly service. Prior customer service is preferred; data entry and reservation systems knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to enter data accurately and use reservation systems.

Currently, we're seeking pool attendants for our outdoor pool facility. This seasonal position requires full-time availability during the summer months (May-August).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age of 16
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred, with private club experience a bonus
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in data entry and reservation systems
• Positive attitude and high energy

WORK SCHEDULE:

Shifts vary, with the flexibility for required evenings, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly greet members and manage pool reservations
• Ensure accurate reservation management and communication with members
• Maintain pool equipment and set up poolside amenities
• Assist members with pool supplies and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool area and facilities
• Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members and management
