Job summary

Bene-Care HR Services seeks a pool attendant to oversee the pool area, make safety announcements, and ensure guest-facing service. You will assist with poolside setup, handle incident reporting, and help with basic cleaning and equipment checks to keep the pool area safe and welcoming.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends. Benefits include full-time hours, holidays, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years' experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Picks up debris from the pool and maintains basic cleaning.
• Checks sports equipment for order and reports broken items.
