Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant in Boca Raton, FL to oversee the pool area, ensure safety announcements and maintain equipment for guest use. The role requires hospitality experience and strong customer service in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include setup/breakdown of pool activities, chair/umbrella management, incident reporting, and ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual ability is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area for residents and guests, makes safety announcements.
• Assists with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Move and stack beach lounge chairs and umbrellas.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager as needed.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach at all times.
• Picks up debris and demonstrates basic cleaning skills.
• Check sports equipment for order and readiness for guest use.
• Report broken equipment to management to enable replacement ordering.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Be approachable to residents and guests at all times.
• Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and related procedures.
