Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant in Boca Raton, FL to oversee the pool area, announce safety tips, and keep poolside equipment ready for guests. This role focuses on hospitality and guest service in a residential setting.

You will work Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a lunch break, and you must deliver friendly service, assist with setup and cleanup, and report incidents to the manager. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College-level hospitality courses are strongly desirable.
• Two or more years' experience in the hospitality industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Must be service oriented.
• Picks up debris from the pool and possesses basic cleaning skills.
• Checks sports equipment for order and reports damaged items.
• Reports broken equipment to the manager for replacement.
• Work as part of a team and be approachable to residents/guests.
• Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and related procedures.
