Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa is hiring a Pool Attendant Server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and maintain service stations in an outdoor pool area. The role requires adherence to brand standards and safety guidelines while delivering friendly guest service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior food and beverage experience; availability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsabilités

• Greeting guests and taking and serving beverage and food orders.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Follow established cash handling and bank operating procedures.
• Perform side work duties according to determined side work schedules.
• Execute other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing in the event of staff shortages or peak periods.
• Focus on guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Essential Job Functions
