Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Pool Attendant Server to greet guests and take and serve beverage and food orders by the pool in a courteous, brand‑compliant manner.

This outdoor role requires staying alert in varying weather, standing for extended periods, and following safety and EarthView sustainability guidelines. Previous food and beverage experience is preferred, with opportunities to advance to Bartender or Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/serve beverage and food orders.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Follow established cash handling and bank operating procedures.
• Perform side work duties according to determined side work schedules.
• Execute other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing in the event of staff shortages or peak periods.
• Focus on guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
