Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Pool Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and safety around pools and surrounding areas. You will ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all pools and hot tubs, and assist with general housekeeping tasks throughout the property.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, and adherence to safety and service standards. Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is valued, with a friendly, guest-focused approach encouraged.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal required.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling is required.
• Previous experience cleaning public buildings is preferred or willingness to learn.
• Experience in the service industry is desired.
• Previous guest relations training is desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of pools and hot tubs.
• Review the assigned area and remove trash/towels as needed.
• Keep seating areas, fire pits, playground, basketball courts, restrooms, and grounds tidy; wipe tables/chairs/loungers; sweep floors.
• Remove dust, debris, and foreign particles from upholstered furniture, crevices, and under cushions.
• Clean pergolas, ceiling fans, walls and other outdoor areas; remove dust and cobwebs.
• Communicate with guests in a pleasant, service-minded manner.
• Review assignment sheet and update completed tasks; check with Supervisor for additional duties.
