Job summary

The MGM Resorts International is seeking a Cocktail Server for the Pool at Park MGM. You will provide attentive, personalized beverage service in a lively poolside setting and engage guests to create memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a high school diploma or GED, plus 6+ months of related experience. Perks include wellness programs, discounts on hotel/services, free meals, and more.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age required or preferred? (from ideal candidate)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Take order and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable.
• Place order, and garnish and serve cocktails to guests.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available.
• Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/orsecurity of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
