Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Poolside Cafe Server for the Spring to Fall 2025 season. You will provide top-quality service at the Wheelhouse Cafe, assisting guests by guiding them through dining experiences, remembering guests by name, and delivering beverages and meals with a friendly, professional attitude.

Candidates should have at least six months of food service or private club server experience and be comfortable using a POS system.

Formación

• Must have six months of food service or private club server experience.
• Must know finer points of service and beverages, and have working knowledge of course sequence, utensils, glassware, and safety features.

Responsabilidades

• Be punctual at all times and arrive to work on time, consistently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
• Greet members and their guests immediately and with a smile.
• Guide members and their guests through the dining experience, communicating frequently with them.
• Ring member checks accurately and on a timely manner.
• Close and check all member checks at the end of the shift.
• Turn in check-out to the Café Captain or the Service Director.
• Perform other jobs that will assist in quality member service as assigned by the Café Captain or the Service Director.
