Job summary

The Wellhouse Cafe & Pool Attendant at Blackberry Farm, LLC in Walland, TN, is responsible for providing warm, attentive service to guests at the juice bar and poolside. You’ll be the front-line impression of our food and beverage program, working with team members and managers to deliver consistent, five-star hospitality in a calm, spa-like setting, seven days a week when required.

Duties include preparing non-alcoholic drinks (coffee, espresso, juices, smoothies), selling wines by the glass

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Microsoft Office familiarity and POS experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Guest-focused, team-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service at the juice bar and poolside.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, fresh juices, smoothies; wine by the glass and beer as needed.
• Restock premade foods and manage inventory of drinks and snacks.
• Operate POS and handle transactions with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety and company policies.
