Job summary

Bonita National Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a seasonal part-time Busser/Wait Assistant at the Pool Cafe. You will support servers, keep the dining area clean, and help deliver a memorable guest experience.

This role offers $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, refilling waters, assisting with food and beverage service, and maintaining a positive, professional appearance in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs to waist height.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, bending and turning.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean silverware, glassware, napkins, and appropriate table settings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when needed.
• Refill water glasses and assist with other guest needs.
• Remove used plates, glassware, and utensils throughout the dining experience without interrupting members.
• Work closely with servers and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Respond professionally to member requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member or manager.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
