HOTEL PASEO, Autograph Collection in Palm Desert is seeking a Pool Bartender to serve beverages to guests with a friendly, courteous, and timely approach, contributing to superior guest satisfaction. This role involves daily bar setup, garnishing and presenting drinks, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations as part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or beverage service.
• Ability to balance cash and make change accurately.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables for drinks.
• Greet guests and document drink orders; mix and present drinks.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Record products served via electronic systems.
• Balance cash bank and POS transactions.
• Comply with liquor regulations and age verification.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
