Job summary

Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa, part of the Hyatt family, is seeking a Pool Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at the poolside bar. You will prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, assist guests with menu knowledge, and ensure a warm, engaging guest experience in a vibrant outdoor setting.

Experience with Micros is beneficial but not required. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts is expected to support peak guest demand and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in hotel/resort or high-volume outdoor settings preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and standard bar practices.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the pool bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and comply with safety standards.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized guest service in a fast-paced environment.
