Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accurate recipes and presentation.
• Serve wine, beer, and other drinks, checking IDs to verify age requirements.
• Maintain a well-organized bar inventory and ensure supplies are adequate.
• Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner and take orders promptly.
• Assess guest preferences and offer tailored drink and food recommendations.
• Promote daily specials and highlight unique offerings to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable visit.
• Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, including responsible service.
• Join daily stand-up meetings to stay informed about specials and updates.
• Manage liquor and supplies orders to keep the bar well stocked.
• Prepare garnishes to ensure attractive drink presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning surfaces and floors nightly.
• Remove trash as needed during shifts to keep the workspace tidy.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and note any discrepancies.
• Accurately report gratuities in accordance with company policy and law.
• Follow ABC board requirements for alcohol service and safety.
