Job summary

Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile is seeking a friendly and results-driven Bartender to deliver exceptional service in the hotel's Bar, Pool, and Restaurant outlets by crafting cocktails and beverages with accuracy and presentation.

You will engage guests by name, ensure legal drinking age, maintain inventory, support daily stand-ups, and uphold ABC regulations while contributing to a warm, memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Familiarity with alcohol service regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accurate recipes and presentation.
• Serve wine, draught or bottled beer; check IDs for legal drinking age.
• Maintain a well-organized bar inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner; take orders and serve snacks.
• Suggest menu items based on guests' preferences and daily specials.
• Adhere to all beverage regulations including responsible service and safety guidelines.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to stay informed about promotions and updates.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure a well-stocked bar display.
